Have you ever wondered why you were saved? What it really means to be a witness for the Lord? What are the benefits in serving the Lord, more than just going to heaven when you die? Did you know that there is more designed for you than just going to heaven and missing hell? Did you know that God has a plan for your life and you can know it without wasting a lot of time and years doing your own thing? Have you ever thought what it really means to be a Christian? If your answer to the above questions are yes, then this is the book for you, it will help you understand the plan and will of God for your life. And it will bring some clarity as to why you are here. This book is designed to bring some common sense reality to the gospel of Jesus Christ. It is loaded with informative teaching and has a sense of humor that will cause you to want more. Edward Ray Sutton accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior in 1971; God instantly delivered him from a life of alcohol addiction at the age of 20.After seeking the Lord as to where he wanted him to go to church he joined the local assembly of the Disciples of Christ in Goldsboro, N.C. Later after a period of time he was appointed a deacon and after being faithful in that office he was later called by God to preach the word of the Lord. In 1984 he was instructed by God to leave and join a full gospel church that God was raising up. In this church he served as children's and youth pastor for several years during which he established a successful puppet ministry. Some of the children as adults are in children ministry in other places in the country. He served as associate pastor for several years before leaving to follow the call of God, and to go forward with his own ministry. He has been married to his wife Diana for 36 years and is the father of four children. They reside in Dudley, N.C.

The youngest of eight children has achieved the independence she’s always craved. No complications will keep this McAllister from doing whatever she wants, whenever she wants. Two men, in particular, didn’t get that memo: A would-be-rapist-turned-stalker named J.B. Montgomery, who is more determined than ever to have her; and Drake LeBlanc, the handsome attorney who saved Annie from J.B.’s attack on New Year’s Eve. Annie is livid when she’s coerced by family members into having Drake move in until her attacker is apprehended. There goes her independence. Drake is thrilled at the chance to protect Annie. He’s been captivated by the fiery redhead since their first anonymous, though undeniably hot encounter a month earlier. He’s vowed to keep Annie safe, and to win her trust. First, he must win over her pet cat, Martin, and wise-cracking parrot, Lewis. The question is, will he win Annie’s heart in the process? In a family as large as Annie’s, it’s nearly impossible to avoid other family drama. Her brother, Chad McAllister and his wife, Julia, seem to have plenty of trouble to share. Why is it so difficult to change our beliefs and behaviors even when we know they no longer serve us? How can certain individuals reverse "incurable" disease while others suffer the effects of childhood wounds despite years of therapy? How is it that the centenarians make up the fastest-growing segment of the U.S. population—even though the majority of people over the age of 100 rarely visit their doctors? When Dr. Mario Martinez began his career in clinical neuropsychology, he was determined to find the answers to baffling questions like these. With The MindBody Code, he shares the rewards of an investigation that has spanned generations and cultures to reveal the most effective methods for initiating deep and lasting change—and the empowering new science of biocognition that substantiates their results. Far from a quick-fix approach, The MindBody Code will challenge you to embrace a bold paradigm for health and wellbeing that requires your courage, patience, and commitment. You will not only learn the basics of this cutting-edge science, you will learn to communicate with your body in its own "biosymbolic" language to begin making changes that till this point may have been elusive at best. Through fascinating case studies and practical training in embodying the methodology, Dr. Martinez illuminates: The overt and subtle ways our cultural beliefs impact our immune system—and the pathways to healing the archetypal wounds of shame, abandonment, and betrayal How to break through the ceilings of abundance that limit prosperity and create the "subcultures of wellness" that will help you reach your full potential Lessons from the centenarians—how to transform "aging consciousness" to continually increase your value and competence as you grow older Psychospiritual conflicts—getting to the root of challenges often mistaken as psychiatric disorders Why do so many popular methods of personal transformation fail despite our efforts and intentions? Because they don't address the mindbody code—your body's "operating instructions" for interpreting your world, creating your sense of self, and defining what's really possible for you. The MindBody Code is your key to safely and successfully confront your fears, disillusionment, and learned helplessness with tools that harness the hope, joy, and unconditional love you hold within. Course objectives: Explain the overt and subtle ways our cultural beliefs impact our immune system—and the pathways to healing the archetypal wounds of shame, abandonment, and betrayal Discuss how to break through the ceilings of abundance that limit prosperity and create the "subcultures of wellness" that will help you reach your full potential Utilize lessons from the centenarians—how to transform "aging consciousness" to continually increase your value and competence as you grow older Define psychospiritual conflicts—how to get to the root of challenges often mistaken as psychiatric disorders

'Infamous, I have become disowned, but I am one of your own' - Myra Hindley, from her unpublished autobiography On 15 November 2002, Myra Hindley, Britain’s most notorious murderess, died in prison, one of the rare women whose crimes were deemed so indefensible that ‘life’ really did mean ‘life’. But who was the woman behind the headlines? How could a seemingly normal girl grow up to commit such terrible acts? Her defenders claim she fell under Ian Brady’s spell, but is this the truth? Was her insistence that she had changed, that she felt deep remorse and had reverted to the Catholicism of her childhood genuine or a calculating bid to win parole? One of Your Own explores these questions and many others, drawing on a wide range of resources, including Hindley’s own unseen writings, hundreds of recently released prison files, fresh interviews and extensive new research. Compellingly well written, this is the first in-depth study of Hindley and the challenging, definitive biography of Britain’s ‘most-hated woman’.
